Legend has it... He was conceived by a Skin Walker who
invaded his father's body and was born with Skin over his eyes. Some say his
family tree comes from the Cherokee Nation and his great great grandmother
was a daughter of a Medicine Man. Others say he was conjured up from a
Musical Ouija Board using the Powers that BE that inhabits the Marijuana
Smoke to Vibrate assaults of Sound that is as addicting as the purest Dope.
A few say he is a secret mind with the Michigan Militia...
Born as Steven D. Wooten, Jr. known as "Stevie Doug" by
his Fam-damily. He is now called Raven Night$hade by the Spirits of the High
Godz. Also known as "Johnny Appleweed" by those riding in the Ganja Gang.
Raven grew from the streets of Homer, Albion & Lansing, Michigan and as a
teen in the 80's, Raven was a Break Dancer/Rapper with his brother "Lyndrum"
the Beat Box.
A wild child, Raven later served within the Michigan
Department of Corruptions and emerged using his Lyrical talents by applying
his Cherokee-blood gift of Storytelling, to Channel "the Mojo" in order to
create Soul enhancing flows. Later as a Ordained Minister in 1996, while
tripping on Acid, Raven met Pain & Nicky Bondz, which lead to recording with
Wougbe.
Raven impacts Soulz with his own ecclectic style of
Rugged Rap, and is the mastermind of Mystik Mindz. Raven is also conjoined
with The Willowz, Nasty North, Rebel Soulz, IIIrd Degree, Ganja Gang, & DTP
Family. As of 2009 Mystik Mindz is rocketing into the Musical charts with
Recordings that are Blindsiding the whole musical industry. Raven Night$hade
